Company Overview
Our company was founded in 2008, located in the "China mold town" of Beilun, Ningbo. Our company is a manufacturer specialized in producing aluminum die-casting and zinc die-casting, designing and making die-casting moulds and machining, which are widely used in automobile/motorcycle parts, blower parts, petroleum, electricity industry, agricultural equipment parts, motor parts and LED lamp parts, etc. Our mold manufacturing capacity is 150 units per year and die-casting production capacity 2,000 tons per year.
our company covers an area of 6,600 square meters and has 80 staff members, including 22 senior engineers, mainly for die-casting mold design, engineering and technical personnel. Our company fully carries out the standard of TS16949:2009 certification, enforces quality control, introduces advanced technology and improves the technical contents of products to offer clients perfect services.
Our company has introduced a number of high tech, refined and sharp equipment, a more high-speed processing center, walking thread cuttings, precision machine sparks, large grinding machines, CNC engraving machines and so on. Our die-casting machines for aluminium alloy range from DCC180 to DCC800 tons and for zinc alloy range from RCC50-RCC130 tons. For inspection, our company has 3 coordinate measuring machines, large-scale aluminum material direct reading spectrometers, test equipment and tools used for mold manufacturing and samples test. We can do from mould design, mould making, trial mould, die casting, to machining and inspection in our own factory.
